Math Club Feedback
Answer as many or as few questions as you'd like. I appreciate any and all answers, but I understand that filling out forms (especially questions that aren't multiple choice) can be tedious.

Be honest with your responses! I can't make any promises, but I'll try to put a decent amount of effort into improving the club next year. I don't expect particularly positive feedback, so letting me know exactly were I should improve will be crucial. Treat a 3/5 as the neutral baseline; not a 4 or 5.

I also know that some lessons were far better or worse than others. Unless prompted, please try to ignore those extremes, and answer what you experienced on an average Friday.
